HOW OUR SERVICES CAN HELP YOU
Home
Care Visit:
Our Home Care Visit is a prescheduled
regular visit to your vacant home to
monitor the actual current condition. We
provide these visits on a Weekly,
Biweekly or Monthly basis and are
available for 1, 3 or 6 month intervals.
Pricing for Home Care Visits can be as
low as $29 per visit. We will perform a
thorough inspection of the exterior and
interior of the home utilizing a 29 item
checklist. This checklist also includes
some interior and exterior housekeeping
items. We will then email this report
including photos if needed to you within
24 hours so you are aware of the current
condition of your home and any
deficiencies which require further
attention.
Property Management:
Guarded House can provide you with a
complete Property Management program
while the Home is Vacant. We can provide
Lawn Care, Pool Maintenance, Cleaning
Services and regular scheduled services
of any other required care. We utilize
the services of prescreened and
preselected vendors and trade partners
who have proven to us they meet our
requirements for quality and customer
service.
Home
Maintenance:
Regular scheduled maintenance of a home
is very important. To make sure all the
functional parts of the home stay
healthy we can perform maintenance on
the HVAC system, pressure wash the
exterior, clean gutters, change AC
filters, change smoke detector batteries
and more. These services can be provided
on an occupied home as well as while it
is vacant.
Repairs:
While performing our Home Care Visit if
an item in the home is found that needs
to be repaired we will provide you with
a written estimate to repair the item or
items we have found that require
attention. If the repairs go beyond the
scope of work provided by Guarded House
Staff we will contract the service with
one of our approved trade partners to
accomplish the repair. We will also
supervise and monitor the quality and
timeliness of the repair.
Rehab
and Remodel:
We can provide total rehab and
remodeling services to owners and
investors requiring these services. Many
times a property is in disrepair when it
is purchased and it is necessary to
clean out and clean up a property to
either occupy or resell. With the help
of our excellent trade partner base when
can provide you with a quality job, on
time, on budget done to your
specifications and requirements.
Investment Property Services:
This aspect of our business is provided
to individuals who own investment
property or are looking for investment
property to purchase. Because we provide
services to many Vacant Homes in the
area we are aware of many opportunities
and situations that exist in the
marketplace sometimes before they become
apparent to everyone. We have expertise
in identifying these properties and can
provide you with the location and
condition of these homes. If you let us
know the types of property that interest
you we will communicate this information
to you for your consideration.
Furthermore we can provide reports on
the conditions of these properties prior
to purchase consideration and then
provide post purchase services after
procurement. These services can include
but are not limited to house locator
services, sign maintenance, vacancy
